Taking small steps to get into shape
Earlier this week on "What to Do" Wednesday we heard from a couple where the husband likes to work-out and run. He was encouraging his wife to do the same, but she says she just doesn't have the time.
We brought in Lauren Conley an exercise physiologist from Washington Adventist Hospital to talk about fitting activity into your already busy schedule. She talks about some easy things you can do to get started. She shares what she does personally to stay active and how it differ from her husband.
