It’s 1986 and on Tuesday evening it’s time to spend some time with the Seaver family on ABC.  Growing Pains was one of the top-rated, family comedies in the late 1980s and early 1990s. It followed the story of a family with kids who were dealing with the challenges and hijinks of growing up. Mike Seaver, played by Kirk Cameron, was one of the stars of the show. After growing up an atheist, Kirk became a believer while working on the show. Since then he continues to share his faith on the stage, on the screen and through his family.

Tonight in D.C. he’s hosting an event called “Revive Us 2." It's the sequel to last year's event that took place just before the election where he felt something needed to be done to bring the country together during a very divided season. He describes it as a “national family conversation” to encourage believers to unite to change our culture for good. The event is being hosted at the brand new Museum of the Bible here in Washington, D.C.

However, there are theaters all around the area that will be showing this live. To find a theater near you to see "Revive Us 2" live tonight or during the encore presentation on November 1st, visit reviveus.com.

Watch the Facebook Live video or audio podcast below with him in studio with Jerry and Blanca as he talked about his childhood, Growing Pains, and “Revive Us 2."
