You’ve got the fitness tracker.  You’ve got all the gear - now maybe you need a little motivation to start exercising?  Meet Stacey Kozel.  She is a woman in her 40’s who is paralyzed. She has a dream - to walk the Appalachian Trail (that’s over 2000 miles!!).  And that's exactly what she is doing with the help of some new braces from Ottobock, and a whole lot of passion.

It is not an easy goal for her, and that's what makes it so powerful.  She's already heard tons of feedback from people who are encouraged by her, including wounded Veterans who've lost limbs.  She says she believes God put her in this situation for a reason and really hopes her story can help others.

I heard about her just as I’m trying to get back on track with an exercise routine. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect!  I hope you're inspired by her story too.

I am hoping when people see me out there hiking it gives them hope, and no matter how challenging their life may seem they continue to fight for their goals/dreams and never give up!
